Does it make sense for a yard with three trailers?
That is exactly what the S plan is for — up to 7 vehicles and 3 users, every feature included, no cut-down version. Growing? Change plans any time in the app.
Can I rent by the hour and by the day?
Yes. Every trailer has an hourly and a daily rate, optionally seasonal pricing and a minimum rental period. The price is pre-filled into the booking and can be adjusted by hand.
How do you handle accessories — covers, straps, ramps?
Each trailer has its own accessory checklist, ticked off at handover and return. Paid extras (a cover or a 7-to-13-pin adapter, say) are added to the booking as line items.
Does it work outside in the yard without a computer?
That is what Flotello is built for. Handover and return — photos, checklist, signature — are done on a phone with one hand. Office work (pricing, reports, templates) is done comfortably on a computer.
Can customers book a trailer online?
Yes. Every rental business gets a public booking page and an embeddable widget for its own website. An online booking only exists once the deposit has been paid by card, so nobody blocks a slot for nothing.
What if a trailer comes back damaged?
At return the system shows the differences against handover — photos side by side, missing accessories. You deduct the damage from the deposit in the app and the customer receives a statement by e-mail.
