Do I have to install anything?
No. Flotello runs in the browser — on your phone, tablet and computer. Open it and start renting.
How does the trial work?
For the first 7 days you get every feature free and without a card. You enter a card only once you decide to stay.
Does it work out in the yard, not just in the office?
That’s exactly what it’s built for. Contract, photos and signature happen by the trailer, not at a desk.
Can customers pay by card?
Yes — after connecting Stripe, card payments go straight to your account. Cash and bank transfer are recorded in the same overview.
What about data and GDPR?
Data lives in the EU (Frankfurt) and the data processing agreement is part of the terms and conditions. ID scans and personal identification numbers are never stored — not even by accident.
We have everything in Excel. Is that a problem?
