A public booking page or a widget on your website. The customer sees availability, pays the deposit by card, and only then does the booking exist — no slots blocked for nothing.
Cancellation terms that apply themselves
A cancellation matrix based on how many days before departure the customer cancels: deposit refunded, kept as a fee, or kept in full. The system applies it, you just confirm.
Handover with an equipment checklist and photos
Crockery, awning, gas bottle, toilet chemicals — a checklist per vehicle, ticked and signed at handover and return. Time-stamped photos, mileage and fuel level.

Does the system support seasonal prices and a minimum rental period?
Yes, both per vehicle. Seasons are entered as specific dates, each with its own rate; the booking price is calculated per day. Minimum length, lead time and the buffer between hires are set in the booking rules.
How do deposits and cancellations work?
An online booking exists only once the deposit has been paid by card. The cancellation matrix (for example, more than 7 days ahead the deposit is refunded, under 48 hours it is kept in full) is set per business and applied automatically.
Can I use my own terms and conditions?
Yes. Upload your own rental terms and online customers must accept them before paying — the acceptance and the version of the terms are recorded against the booking.
How long does a handover take with Flotello?
The equipment checklist per vehicle, photos and signature are done on a phone at the vehicle. The agreement is filled in from the booking and signed with a finger. You cut the paper part of the handover — and you have it documented.
Does it handle card security deposits, even large ones?
The security deposit is charged via Stripe and refunded after a clean return. Optionally you record it as a bank transfer or cash — in the same ledger, tied to the booking.
Is it worth it for a business with two vehicles?
Yes, the S plan for up to 7 vehicles has every feature, including online bookings and seasonal pricing. When the fleet grows, you change plans in the app.
